About us

Founded in 1990 by George Nalley, Nalley, Dew, and Miner is a Louisiana law firm with a global perspective. The firm’s practice is litigation centered, with extensive experience in all areas of casualty litigation, including automotive and trucking, maritime and admiralty, products liability, and environmental law issues, as well as state and federal workers’ compensation.

The firm also has a strong foundation in employment and labor law litigation and insurance coverage issues. We are privileged to represent individuals as well as local, national and international companies in a variety of civil and maritime business disputes, including construction and contractor litigation, and civil RICO. While our home is in Louisiana, our attorneys are licensed and have tried or handled cases in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Washington, Oregon and Ohio. We proudly represent clients on both the plaintiff and defense side of litigation matters.
